You will need:

• Prismacolor® Colorless Blenders
• Prismacolor® Professional Quality Soft Thick Lead Pencils
• Prismacolor® Double—Ended Art Markers

The Art Marker Colorless Blender can be used to soften edges, blend, lighten and enhance shaded areas of most any drawing. This blender achieves subtler, paler colors creating brand new values.

Apply Soft Thick Lead Pencil color to the paper stock. Then, use the Marker Colorless Blender to drag the pencil color while blending the two mediums smoothly together.

For a graduated tone, touch a color to the tip of the marker colorless blender. Then lay down the color into the paper surface. As the fluid flows from the blender, the tone becomes lighter in value.

Make a palette for markers on a non—porous surface such as glass, plastic or foil — for pencils, on an illustration board. Then, use a Colorless Blender to mix and transfer the colors onto your artwork.

Note: To clean your Art Marker, or Marker Colorless Blender, scrub the tip several time on absorbent paper or board.

Pencil Colorless Blender is a colored pencil without the color! The special formula was designed to blend colors, smooth layers, and soften hard edges of colored pencil artwork. Use the Pencil Colorless Blender to create a lightly blended, layered effect.
